mind your matter organizing

responsible rehoming
I practice eco-minded distribution of all items that are being released. In real life, this looks very much like reuse, rehome, freeconomy, repurpose, recycle, and Ridwell. This framework allows me to put my personal & company ethics into daily practice within the 4 Cs of: Care, Connection, Community (& individual) Service, and Cycles.

I prioritize local, not-for-profit, grassroots organizations serving the most vulnerable in our communities. If you have recommendations or favorites, please let me know.

Some groups I partner with:
Seattle Recreative, Second Use, women's shelters, Furniture Repair Bank, Ballard Food Bank, Shoreline Tool Library, local Pet Shelters, Young Women Empowered, Mary's Place, Books to Prisoners, Seattle Public Schools teachers, and the Mini Pantry Movement. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it does show the breadth of ways in which our belongings can have a direct impact in our community!

One of my favorite things is to breathe life into old objects by finding them new homes. Even better when we can help to fulfill a need.
Always happy to provide tax-deductible donation receipts and a detailed listing of how rehomed items are making a difference within our community!
Oh, hi!
Do you work with a local nonprofit organization?
Are you a public school teacher?
Are you involved with a mutual aid community?
Send me your wish list of needed items and I'll keep my eyes peeled for you!
