Rates

My pricing operates on an income-based sliding scale in order to keep services equitable to folks on all points of the economic spectrum. ​

What this means for you: my clients self-identify where they land on the range (based on annual household income) and let me know either during our consultation or at the time of service. I don’t ask for proof of circumstances, I just ask that folks are fair to themselves and fair to me when they self-select. At the end of our session, I’ll calculate & bill accordingly.

Household annual (gross) income:

to 125k:     105$/hr

126-225k:  115$/hr

226k+:      125$/hr ​

 

Approaching my pricing with an economic justic framework is very important to me as I want this work to be accessible. I also understand that this is a fairly new-to-many-of-us method of engaging with service valuation and I want to acknowledge that it can bring up some discomfort for folks. Please know that your selection does not impact the level of service I provide!

I am able to offer limited sliding scale spots per month for those experiencing economic hardship. If you are able and interested in gifting sessions for individuals in need of assistance but for whom costs are a barrier, please contact me to discuss. 

 

I offer a reparative pricing structure for BIPOC & Trans individuals, please contact me for details.

Roots

I charge by the hour, with a 3 hour daily minimum for all in-home sessions. 

 

Hourly rate includes onsite services rendered, general supplies, follow-up email with homework & personalized recommendations, and travel time up to 30 minutes. 

For organizing & downsizing sessions, this also includes removal of one carload of donation items.

 

For an additional fee, I’m happy to help with the following:

secure documents shredding     |     household hazmat drop-off     |     paint recycling     |

large volume recycling and/or donation loads     |     specialty item* disposal. *Specialty items include donateable foods, prescription medications, sharps (needles+), styrofoam, electronics, and batteries.  

 

A la carte offerings (e.g. donation pickups, specialty item disposal) have a 1 hour minimum and then are billed by the quarter hour, plus any applicable expenses and fees.​​

 

Payment is due at time of service: methods accepted are cash, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. For larger projects, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.

Packages are paid in full at the time of booking. The package is divided into 3 hour minimum sessions and is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. No refunds are given for unused package hours.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for the full session fee. 

 

​​If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms, please let me know so we can reschedule. I continue to mask in client's homes but only ask that you do so if there is a potential of exposure in the last seven days. If there are additional cautions you'd like me to follow, always happy to discuss! We keep us safe.
