Rates

I’ve approached my pricing structure with an economic justice framework in mind as it is important to me that this work is financially accessible. I offer a sliding scale for my services: my hourly rate is 105, but I do come down as far as 75/hr to meet folks where they are financially*. ​Offering a range of rates for my services allows those that are able to pay the full rate, while those for whom the full rate would cause economic hardship have options.

I acknowledge this is asking for self-awareness and honesty in your self-reporting; if this structure is new or unfamiliar to you, Alexis Cunningfolk has created an invaluable resource to assist in determining where you fall on the range.

What this means for you: my clients self-select where they land on the range and let me know either during our consultation or at the time of service. At the end of our session, I’ll calculate & bill accordingly. If the scope of the project requires an estimate, folks identify their price point before I prepare the estimate.

Please note that this is my livelihood and that my experience, knowledge, and talents also deserve to not be under-valued.​ I don’t ask for proof of circumstances, I just ask that folks are fair to themselves and fair to me when they self-select.

This is a new-to-many-of-us method of engaging with service valuation and I want to acknowledge that it can bring up some discomfort for folks. Please know that there is no right or wrong choice, and your selection does not impact the level of service I provide!

Roots

3 hour daily minimum for most sessions. A la carte offerings (e.g. donation pickups, and task support) are billed by the quarter hour.​​

​

Hourly rate includes services rendered, general supplies, one follow-up email with homework &  purchase recommendations, and travel time up to 30 minutes.

Payment is due at time of service; methods accepted are cash, check, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. 

​

Household hazmat, transfer station, & specialty item (shredding, foam cushions, styrofoam, etc.) disposal will incur additional fees. Expenses incurred and any additional fees will be invoiced, payment due upon receipt.

Task Support hourly range: 60 - 75$ | Varies depending on task. Call or email me to discuss details & request an estimate!

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be responsible for the full session fee.

If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms, please let me know so we can reschedule. I continue to mask in client's homes but only ask that you do so if there is a potential of exposure in the last seven days.
